I've had my Youtube channel for a while. For more than 6 years, the channel was dormant with 45k subscribers. I didn't want to miss out on the opportunity to provide quality content to an existing audience, but I needed to delegate the script writing to someone who had the same vision for the channel. After going through more than 50 applications, there was one that stood out.
Melissa had the right background for the job and the right amount of enthusiasm. We worked together on a test script, and after reading her work, I knew there and then that she was the right person to hire.
